Always shake the bottle prior to pumping.
If you have a pump stop working:
Put the product in warm water & allow it to soak (cleaning the pump). Shake it well and try & pump. This may clear any dried product from the pump.
Do a full pump ALWAYS -from the top to the bottom to make sure product isn't sitting or being left in the pump. If that doesn't work - You can pour product into a bowl and froth. The bubbles are not necessary for the product to be effective.
