If you have forgotten something in your cart, you will need to place a separate order. After you have placed the order you may email us at PureProAesthetics@gmail.com with the invoice numbers you would like combined. We will do our BEST to combine the orders however it is NOT guaranteed. If the orders are able to successfully be combined, we will issue a store credit for the shipping cost difference that is owed to you after the order is fulfilled.

Our website platform does not offer real time shipping rates at this time. Shipping costs are estimated based on order totals. If you ever overpay for shipping, we will reimburse you the difference through a store credit to be used on your next order. Store credits will be reflected once you log in to your account and is located on the bottom right hand side of your screen. You may apply credits to any order at any time.
*Please note a non-refundable $7 or $9 handling fee is included in the shipping cost as well depending which shipping option you choose*.

Please make sure to check your leasing offices, front desks, reception areas, mailboxes and outside. We offer Route Shipping Insurance on all orders which is automatically applied at checkout, unless selected otherwise. To be sure you purchased insurance, please check your invoice. If your package is missing and you purchased insurance you can file a claim HERE. Please have your order number/invoice on hand to fill out the necessary forms for the claim. Please do NOT file a claim unless the order is marked as delivered.
Pure Pro Aesthetics asks for a 3 day window to fulfill orders. We ship Priority Mail via USPS. Priority mail is expected 3-5 days after pickup but is NOT guaranteed. Please allow up to a week after it ships to receive your package. Holidays and holiday seasons could take longer. Please place your orders accordingly.
Yes we do! Please make sure to change the "Shipping address" when checking out to your clients information for a drop ship. If you do not want a packing slip receipt included in the package, please state so in the 'Notes' section when checking out.
Pure Pro Aesthetics packages each order with care. However, mail carriers can be careless when handling packages. We offer Standard and Advanced packaging. With our Standard packaging system, all spillable liquids will be bagged and the box will be filled with the proper filling. The Advanced Packaging option will have ALL retail items bubble bagged, will include (in most cases) a heavy duty box as well as packaging to prevent crushed boxes.
Pure Pro Aesthetics has a no return/exchange policy. Once your order is placed, all sales are final. Please make sure to double check your orders in its entirety to check for any mistakes.
Pure Pro Aesthetics is happy to offer our 3% cash back incentive program to all of our valuable customers. The cashback program applies to all product orders over $500 (shipping costs are not counted towards the value) and is issued to your store credit account. Items that are excluded from the program are our Training Class seats as well as any item that is on sale. During our semi-annual and annual sale, the Cashback Program will be discontinued and will resume after the sales are over.
