Before applying your night cream, ensure that your face is clean and free from any makeup or impurities. Use a cleanser to remove any dirt or oil from your skin, then pat dry with a clean towel.

Take a small amount of your night cream and gently apply it onto your face and neck, using your fingertips. Use circular motions to massage the cream into your skin, working from the center of your face outwards.

If you have specific areas of concern, such as fine lines or dark spots, spend extra time massaging the night cream into those areas. Once you have applied the night cream, allow it to absorb into your skin for a few minutes before going to bed. Avoid touching your face or applying any other products on top of the night cream.
In the morning, rinse your face with water and a gentle cleanser to remove any residue from the night cream.
Remember to choose a night cream that is appropriate for your skin type and concerns. Night creams are usually richer and more nourishing than day creams, as they are designed to provide deep hydration and repair while you sleep
